Three women walking in the park talking

My Next Steps

Our online course that supports people finishing ovarian cancer treatment to take their next steps to physical and emotional recovery.

We understand that the end of treatment can be difficult, and that this can often lead to feeling lost, alone and uncertain on how to move forward and take those next steps to recovery

Our seven-week online course, My Next Steps, is specifically designed for those who have completed first line treatment for ovarian cancer, including those who are receiving maintenance therapies. The course is here to help you learn how and where to begin your physical and emotional recovery after treatment and take the positive steps forward that feel right for you.

My Next Steps also gives you the opportunity to connect with others who have experienced ovarian cancer treatment and understand the challenges the end of treatment can bring.

Our specialist nurses have worked alongside women with a diagnosis of ovarian cancer; using their valuable input to co-design a course that covers the key topics that those with a diagnosis feel are most important to support recovery. My Next Steps is here to empower you and provides the tools you need to move forward.
